The Hospitalization Buy-Up Plan covers limited in-patient hospital care in accredited hosptials for each enrolled member. Coverage includes inpatient surgery, but not outpatient or elective surgeries. This Plan does not cover out of network services. This Plan is not subject to the Patient Protection and Affordability Care Act.
